George Stass is a native of New York City and has been contributing to the local music culture for over 20 years. George is a professional musician playing covers as well as original music in the NYC area.
He has released independent CDs as well as collaborated with others such as Larry Russell, music producer and former bassist for Billy Joel. George has been a cohesive member of Beatlestock for the past 4 years gaining notoriety in the Beatle tribute arena.
George Stass, his bluesy heartfelt guitar playing and a voice that sings straight from the heart will leave a stirring in your soul. A classic in his own right, he draws from the influences of Bruce Springsteen, John Lennon, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, Tom Waits and others.
George has a range of talents but perhaps his greatest asset is his heart which comes through in his music, vocals and who he is in general... and is what the world needs more of love and vulnerability.
